Meet the Team:
Todd Cunningham
Typically, introductions to our company are conducted when Todd, our Lead Specialist, is out creating a new Client relationship. Todd is rooted here in Colorado as he is a 4th generation native of Colorado. He completed his undergraduate degree at Colorado State University, Fort Collins, and later earned his doctorate from Life University, Marietta, GA. Todd will settle for nothing less than integrity through transparency at PRS.
Jacob Cunningham
Jacob is now one of our 5th generation natives of Colorado. Jacob takes Lead in the preparation for each Client's Final-Closing meeting for the anxiously awaited return of Property at the Disbursement of Payments. He truly has the businessman's mindset for our company, combined with a Heart-of-Gold! Jacob is refining his natural, intuitive instincts, work ethic and integrity as a business student in the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. ​
